wow, i love this hotel!
helpful email convenient access scenic views
the staff sent helpful emails, so it was an easy experience. the location is amazing with convenient access to the city. upper floors have scenic views, which i enjoyed so much!
i wish the lobby cafe operated for the whole day. however, that is a very minor thing!

My room included a coffeemaker with complimentary bottled water. I was really happy. blackout curtains kept the light out, this allowed me to get good sleep. the bed was very comfortable. I slept so soundly.

the hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment, it is looking so cool. i liked the gesture of a late checkout because my room was not quite ready. all the staff were courteous, and i am happy to recommend this hotel.

The coffee bar in the morning was great. I recommend it. it served me a lovely bagel with different cream cheeses. It was fresh. i bought an extra bagel for later. It was still great!

The location is directly near ground zero. I found it fascinating. it is also close to everything, it made getting around very simple. i did not have to walk far. I used the subway mostly.

Fantastic Location and Upgraded Rooms
easy access convenient location skyline view train line
The hotel is across the street from the oculus. It is also conveniently near various train lines, providing easy access to transportation. My room had views of the skyline from each window. The location was in front of the One World Trade building.
I noticed some towels had slight fraying. It was a very minor issue though.

The front desk staff are helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions efficiently. The bell staff were always available to assist with luggage storage. Their service was prompt, courteous, and quick.

The location of the hotel was convenient. It was near the World Trade Center and subway stations. The room offered a beautiful view, especially from a higher floor. The bed was comfortable.
There was no restaurant available ,as it was undergoing refurbishment. This information wasn't communicated prior to my arrival. The room I stayed in had some cleanliness issues. Some dust was visible in certain areas.

perfect location amazing view clean room
The location is very nice!!! I was very close to the 9/11 memorial. My room had an amazing view of the Brooklyn Bridge. It was perfect. The room was super clean and had a great value.
The elevators were a little slow at peak times, causing slight delays.

The location offers convenient access to various subway lines. The staff at the entrance were consistently friendly and helpful. High-speed elevators ensured quick trips to my room. I enjoyed a superb outlook of the World Trade Center. Check-in and check-out were notably efficient.

While there is no restaurant, room service delivered breakfast. It took approximately 40 to 50 minutes to arrive so I had to plan accordingly. The room proved to be not well-suited for four people dining together.
